# Webshop Overview
Unosof Webshop is an online marketplace that your customers can access and buy directly from your inventory 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Check out what the Unosof Webshop offers you!

### Single Sign-on through Gmail and Microsoft Outlook

### **Webshop Orders are Auto-created in Unosof**
* Webshop orders are directly inputted into your farm system in real-time without the need of an additional data entry.
* Orders are also auto-confirmed and prioritized to make sure the clients receives what he ordered.
### Works as a Client Portal for Invoices, Statements, and Buying Habits
* Our Webshop's client portal functionality provides additional information to your clients such as recent invoices, statements, and buying habits.
* Access to Webshop orders as well as Open Market and Standing Orders summary.
### Credit Card Stripe Payment
* Credit Card payments are possible via Stripe. This setting can be activated by customer.
* Stripe securely validates you buyers credit card payments and performs the transaction on behalf of your company.
# Product Images
Product images are displayed on your Webshop to let your customers know the look and feel of your product. Here we describe the process to easily upload JPEG images.
## Uploading variety images
To upload variety images go to the Manage Products Page from your main application.

Select the following filters for a faster search of the varieties and click on the Search button in the upper right corner of the page.
* Compounds: Non Compounds
* Status: Active
Here you find all the active varieties that are currently in your main application.
Click on the variety name in the Product column.

Clicking on the variety name brings up the Product Form

On this page, select the Images tab and click on the Upload File button.
Find the JPEG image saved in your PC and open it.
Save the uploaded image, clicking on the Save Button from the Product form.
The images uploaded are synchronized to your Webshop.
# Users & Permissions
Create buyer accounts which are related to the customers in your main Unosof Application. Grant them access to your the Webshop,
## Managing and viewing Webshop Users
To manage Webshop Users go to the Users Page from your main application.

This is the primary page for creating, editing, and viewing all users, including Webshop users.
Here you are able to search existing Users using various filters such as Warehouse, default home page, or status.
Clicking the search button will search based on the criteria provided.

It is possible to also search by any criteria, typing a keyword in the Search Bar.

## Creating a New User
To create a new user for your customer, click the Add a New User button in the upper left corner of the page.

Clicking this button brings up the User Form.

This is where the information of a new User can be entered. Please note to complete the following fields as followed:
* Default Work Area: Customer.
* Customer: Select the Billing Customer from the user.

All information such as credit terms, credit limits, contact information, addresses, etc from your main Unosof application gets synchronized with the webshop.

* Ship Customer: Select All Ship Customers or specific ones that the user is allowed to buy.
* User API Key: Generate an ID for the new user by clicking on the Generate button.
Once all information has been entered, click on the **Save** button to save the Webshop User
## Managing User Permissions
To manage Webshop Users' permissions go to the User Permissions Page from your main application.

Select the Webshop User and click on the Search Permissions in the upper right corner of the page.
Here, type the word ECOM in the Category Filter bar and set the permissions according to the user's profile. Once the permissions have been set, click on the Save User Permissions button.
# Dispo Builder
Webshop inventory can be loaded as easily as creating a dispo. Webshop inventories can be created per market, client, or a general Webshop inventory for all.
## Creating a Dispo and posting it to the Webshop Application
To create a Webshop Dispo go to the Availability Lists Page from your main application.

Create an availability list, following the usual process of [Creating a Dispo](https://manual.unosofbooks.com/customers/availability-dispo-builder).
To post the inventory from the Dispo created make sure you follow these steps:
* Set a price for every item. Items with price 0.00$ will not be posted in the Webshop application.
* Identify the Dispo you created, typing the word WEBSHOP in the Name field.
## Assigning a specific Dispo for a Webshop Customer
To assign a specific dispo for a Webshop Customer, go to:

Select the Billing Customer, by clicking on its name.

Clicking on the customer's name brings up the Customer form.

Select the tab API / PROVIDERS and write down the Dispo Name, which you would like to assign to the customer, and click on the Save Button to save changes.
Open the Availability Builder Page and create a Dispo, as described on the previous section of this page.
Identify the Dispo you created, typing the same words in the **Webshop Dispo** field as in the Manage Customers form.
i.e: DISPO EUROPE
In the webshop, the customer you selected will now visualize the Dispo assigned to it.

# Custom Pack
Customers can select bunches from live bunch inventory and create their own mix box (QB).
## Activating Custom Pack for a Buyer
To activate Custom Pack for a Buyer go to the Manage Customers Page from your main application.

Select the Billing Customer, by clicking on its name

Clicking on the customer's name brings up the Customer form.

Select the tab API / PROVIDERS, find the option "Custom Webshop Checkout" and select YES. Click on the Save Button to save changes.
The customer we updated the setting will visualize the menu Custom Pack on the Webshop.
# Cut-Off time
In this module, define the same day order cut-off time for Webshop orders. Orders coming after this time are automatically created for next day.
To set a cut-off time, for Webshop orders, please go the Accounting Administration page from your main application:

Click on the Sales Info Time and look for the field: Webshop Same Order Cut-Off time.
Determine a cut-off time and click on the Save Button to save changes.

Webshop Orders coming after this time are automatically created for next day.

# Seasonal Inventory
This module manages the varieties which are In-Season or Off-Season. In-season varieties will be shown in the Webshop tab: Seasonal
## Define varieties In-Season
To define seasonal varieties go to the Availability Lists Page from your main application.

In the drop-down menu from the page, select the option **Variety Season Assignment** and click on Search.
This will bring up all the varieties loaded in the system. Find the desired variety and select the option In-Season using the drop-down menu.

Changes are saved automatically.

In the Webshop, all varieties set "In-Season" will show up also in the Seasonal Tab. This will help the customer find the varieties easier and quicker.
# Receiving Orders
Webshop orders are created automatically in your main Unosof Application.
Go to Search Purchase Orders from your main application

Type on the search bar the word: Shop
Find all Webshop Orders for today and tomorrow

Orders are prioritized and auto confirmed.

Orders should be ready to pack and ship!
# Payment via Stripe
Credit card payments are now possible for your Webshop customers via Stripe. Stripe securely validates you buyers credit card payments and performs the transaction on behalf of your company.
## Get the API Keys in your Stripe Application
Get the Pubishable Key and the Secret Key inside your Stripe Application.
Find the API Tab and hit the button: "Reveal live Key Token" and "Secret Key" and copy the keys from the pop up window.
Give this Key to your webshop support person in order to integrate both applications, Unosof and Stripe.
## Activating Credit Card Stripe Payments for a Buyer
To activate Credit Card payment for a Buyer go to the Manage Customers Page from your main application.

Select the Billing Customer, by clicking on its name

Clicking on the customer's name brings up the Customer form.

Select the tab ACCOUNTING, find the option "Stripe Webshop Checkout" and select ACTIVE. Click on the Save Button to save changes.
The customer we updated the setting will be able to pay with Credit Card after Checking Out from the Webshop.
# Webshop Access
You can log in to the grower's Webshop on any mobile device or desktop.
## Access to your Grower's Webshop

Access to the grower's Webshop domain, i.e. shopfarm.unosof.com

Click on the button Start to Shop
## Sign-In
Enter your username and password and click on the Login button

**Single Sign-On through Gmail:** This provides a means of accessing the Webshop without needing to remember your username or password. Single sign-on will also let the you access multiple Webshops without the need of re-signing on in each time.

**Remember me:** Your account details will be saved locally and will be reused on the next visit to the Webshop.

## Don't have an Account?
Contact your sales representative for your account details to access the Webshop or click on the Sign-up link and fill the form to request an account.
## Forgot your Password?
In case you don't remember your Log-In details, click on Forget My Password, this will open up the Reset Password form.
* Enter the email address on the account.
* Select Reset Password
* Check your inbox for a password reset email.
# Get to know the sites
Here you can find a general description of the Webshop site.
This is the primary Webshop page.
**Menu:** On the left side of the page, you will find a navigation bar or side menu that redirects you to different content inside the Webshop.
**Cart Icon:** Located in the upper right side of the page, clicking on it directs you to the check out page to complete your purchase.
**Inventory List:** Located in the upper left side of the page and allows you to visualize the Dispo as a List.
**Image View:** Located in the upper right side of the page and allows you to visualize the Dispo with images.
**Search Bar:** Type in a keyword to quickly find the product you are looking for.
**Drop Off Date:** Click on the calendar icon to select the drop-off date from the farm.
**Filters:** On the lower site of the page, find different filter categories such as color, species, variety, length, and type of box.

# Start shopping
Shop your favorite flower varieties fast and easy in real time, without the need of contacting your sales representative.
Follow these steps and buy your product fast and easy.
**1) Choose the product**
Visualize the availability list in your grower's shop.

Use the search bar or the filters in the lower side of the page to find product easily.

Once you find the desired product, click on the + icon in the Add column to add a box to the shopping cart. Every click adds up one box.

When you add a box to the cart, the cart timer sets to 15:00 min and starts counting down. During this time the boxes are reserved in your shopping cart until you complete the check out. If you need more time, click on the Add Time Button. This will add 5:00 min to the timer.

**2) Place Order**
Check out by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right side of the page. Here you can visualize a summary of the products in your shopping cart.

To delete an item, click on the Bin Icon.

Continue with the check out by clicking on the Place Order Button.
**3) Select the Cargo Agency**
Here you need to select the cargo agency for the shipping of your order. You can select more than one cargo agency.

Use the Select All check box to apply the same cargo agency for all boxes.

Verify the desired drop pff date.
Continue by click on the Check Out Button.
**4) Select the Shipping Location**
Here you need to select the Shipping Location of your purchase. You can select more than one Shipping Location.

To confirm your Purchase Order Click on the Button Next.
A pop up message will show you that the order was created successfully and its on its way!
**5) Check your email inbox**
Check your inbox, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
# Payments
How do I pay for my order?
You will receive an account statement from your sales representative which includes all your orders (Standing Orden, Open Market, Webshop Orders).
Payments should be done via the traditional way.

# Client Portal
The following pages show you information related to your account information and also works to see invoices, statements and buying habits.
## My Orders
Go to My Orders tab on the left side menu of the page.
Here you can find all your Purchase Orders.
Filter by PO number, invoice, cargo agency, carrier, or date of order to find a specific order fast and easy.
## My Account
Go to My Account tab on the left side menu of the page.
**Profile tab:** Here you can find and manage your personal information, as well as Webshop username and password.
**Account Overview tab:** Here you can find your company's information as well as your company's credit term, credit status and balance. The purchase history table shows buying habits on a monthly and yearly basis.
**Statements tab:** Here you can generate and visualize Statements according to the start and end date you input.
